Hinton and I had an early Thanksgiving dinner in Bandon on Wednesday and got to see a lot of family.

Hinton's first real word (after mama, dada, and no no) seems to be "fish". The first time I heard him say it was at the pediatrician's office last week while he and Brandon were actually looking at fish in an aquarium. But he has continued to say it when he has his favorite snack, goldfish crackers.

Trying to Walk

Hinton has finally decided he likes to walk while holding on to our hands.

Year One, Week Two

Hinton had his one year doctor check-up on Thursday. He weighed in at 24 lbs 3 oz (66th percentile) and 30 3/4" (75th percentile).

Year One, Week One

I've decided to continue taking the tiger and bear pictures each Tuesday. I enjoy having the evidence of his weekly changes, and it also keeps me fairly up to date posting pictures on the blog.
